Parents who wish to enroll their sons/daughters in CALL must
meet/submit the following requirements:
- New Student/Transferees
a. Must undergo the Entrance / Placement Tests.
b. Fill up every information needed in the Registration Form.
c. Submit Report Card, Certificate of Good Moral Character and the photocopy of the Birth Certificate (PSA) upon enrolment.
d. Medical Assessment (photocopy) if child is with special needs.
e. Three (3)2×2 picture: Gate Pass (1), Temporary I.D, (1), Student Personal Data Inventory (1)
f. And any other documents that may be deemed necessary for admission. - Old Student
a. Submit Report Card
b. Filled-out Personal Information Sheet
c. Clearance Slip of the Previous School Year
d. Summer Certificate/Grade for those who took summer - Probation
A student is placed on probation for a school year pending
submission of necessary documents for admission such as the form 137 from the previous school attended, good moral, card, etc.
